• By participating in the competition, each entrant agrees to allow Hammond Food Oils Ltd and affiliated partners to use his or her email address for future mailings and other communications regarding the products and services of Hammond Food Oils Ltd and affiliated partners.
• To enter, you must live in the UK and be over 18 years.
• This promotion is run under English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
• No purchase is necessary..
• Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the prize winner.
• All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• The prize will be confirmed to the prize winner within 28 days of their winning date and they will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing or by telephone in the method specified in the notice within twenty-one days of confirmation. If unclaimed or declined twenty one days after confirmation, the prize will be cancelled.
• Strictly subject to availability. Valid for 3 months from date of issue.
• The break is a 2 Night stay B&B in a Tiplady Lodge Double or Twin Room with one 3 Course Market Menu Dinner in 'The Brasserie by Atkinson' included.
• Employees of Hammond Food Oils Ltd or Rockliffe Hall are not entitled to enter this competition.
• Only one entry per person..
• The winners will be picked at random.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-changeable and no cash alternatives are available.
• The closing dates for this competition will be the last day of each month from March 2012 to September 2012 inclusive.
• No responsibility can be accepted for late entries and only entries submitted during the calendar month will be submitted for that month’s competition.
• Hammond Food Oils Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend the prize or any of these terms and conditions or close the competition.

• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
